Enyimba recorded their first win in the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup competition.
The two time champions trounced Black Bulls of Mozambique 4-1 in Uyo last night, in a sweet revenge for the Nigerians, who lost to the Mozambicans in Maputo last month.
The people’s elephant who are still bottom of Group D with four points, next play Al Masry with 5 point in second place, on Sunday January 12.
Only the top two in each group would advance to the next stage of the competition.
