Nigeria Seeks $25bn For Gas Pipeline Project

During a meeting held at the Presidential Villa in Abuja on Monday, Vice President Kashim Shettima engaged with representatives of the Vitol Group.  Discussing on the Nigeria-Morocco Gas Pipeline project. The Project which aims to channel Nigerian gas through the West African coastline to Morocco, with the goal of further supplying energy to Europe.

Vice President Shettima emphasized that President Bola Tinubu’s economic policies have significantly positioned Nigeria as a prime investment destination, particularly in the energy sector.

The Vice President made a direct appeal to global investors to key into Nigeria’s energy drive, stating that the President is putting Nigeria on a new trajectory.

He described Nigeria’s gas sector as a beacon of stability and transparency amid global uncertainty.
