Super Eagles striker Victor Boniface has begun rehabilitation after successful knee surgery in Innsbruck, Austria. The procedure ends his 2025/26 season.
The surgery fixed a long-term right knee problem that limited his fitness and form. Boniface shared a short video showing light stretches and assisted walking as rehab kicked off.
Injury issues plagued his campaign. The 25-year-old failed to score in 11 Bundesliga games and managed only two assists during his Werder Bremen loan before surgery ended his season.
